Ten Business Card Template for GIMP: Full Tutorial !!!

Ten Business Card Template for GIMP: Full Tutorial !!!
I'm
love I'm the camp and today we're going to work with a template
which I've created especially for the chem program Ten Business Card Template for GIMP: Full Tutorial !!! gonna start by picking it up
at my website which is the
Kim went dot Word Press
dot com I'm
go to the homepage go to the right hand side menu
and picked the template set up for business cards
I'm camp
online digital printing and

scroll down I'm
you can come back later and read all the details but for now just go down
tourism template the first one is

looks a little lopsided but it will print
evenly and the second one is for the later version of gimps the

and it is evenly centered and it will print
even this enzyme
now click onto the template but left click
don't right click left click and then right-click
and click Copy I don't worry a copy is safe in the hands of your monks
and we're going to go on now
to camp this is to point
8 but these templates will work equally well with

now we're going to go up
to file click on File
and then choose new this will pull up
this little dialogue and you will choose
the US letter-size
don't choose the default I'm
and that will pull up this now
click on to edit I'm
and then choose pieced I'm
and there's your template ready to file
and to fill with your business cards
pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
okay now we come to the second part of this tutorial
which is positioning your gift cards into the template
not pull up your template
and go to File and download your business cards
hopefully you've created them in the correct
format which is

by
pixels when you don't know them they're gonna look huge
but they will fit into your template perfectly because we've counted the pics
so click onto edit
and then click Copy I'm
now move over to your template click edit
and click he just I'm
I don't forget to left click on your move to
otherwise you're not going to be able to move your card which is what we're gonna
do next we're gonna move
up and position it just under the top guideline
don't cover the center line now we're going to expand the size of your canvas
to about
percent and it'll be easy to work with
click on at and
paste don't click anymore copy we finish with copy it's now going to be pieced
me
now we're gonna click on another edit I'm and another paste
I'm now this cars were going to be very careful to keep our center line
intact we're gonna patient right over the
horizontal line now continue
pasting into you have
cards in position
now you can remove the guidelines by using the bucket fill
I've used this blue-collar for demo purposes only
normally no print on white or color cardstock
so you'll use white to that race the centerlines
very careful here that you choose the
white and then go up to the bucket fill
pick up your bucket and carry it to the center line be very careful to position
it correctly
click and you have removed that center guideline
now the neat thing about this
is I position this so that you still have your RAM
cutting lines left intact now remember that one
is transparent when you print anything in a graphics program
so your bucket filling a black line with white
makes transparent it's not advisable to print a background color
just use your colored cardstock
okay now we're going to trim and cut you cards
we use a standard home
guillotine or cutter
I K she cards have not printed centric we're going to follow my
guidelines so were divided into
following that center guideline now you have two pieces
so the next step
is we're going to cut half an inch
from the top and the bottom each piece
now this is a tricky part cut the card
three-and-a-half inches wide don't try to adjust your side
and margins because they may not come just got three and a half inch
I'm so your car to be three and a half inches wide by
so just like some of it too anxious and you'll get

per sheet i think im when
can I hang out at the game when work Press a drop in and visit me for
templates and other wimpy
tricks I'm *** ***
